A Florida-themed dining room with low lights, linen tablecloths and napkins,
and soft music formal­ize the casual look. Classic favorites remind one of Sunday
dinners at Grandma's. Premium-aged beef in prime rib, filet mignon, and steak
entrées are melt-in-your-mouth good. Portions for all entrées are plentiful and
include soup, dinner salad, choice of potato or rice, and fresh vegetables.
Specialty Luncheon Menu includes a variety of salads, blackened Prime Rib,
Monte Cristo, barbecued pork, meatloaf, and beef tips. There's something for
everyone's taste! "Our goal is to offer the very best quality at a reasonable
price." Reservations accepted.

Company History
Bently's opened in Dunnellon, Florida on February 7, 2001 as a joint venture
between Herb Stenger, contractor and developer and Don Parsons, chef and
restaurant manager. The main goal was to create a restaurant serving quality
food in a relaxing atmosphere at a reasonable price. The restaurant is currently
owned and operated by Chef Don Parsons, his family and well trained staff.

At Bently's we have exceeded our goal and continue to serve the finest food
available at a reasonable price. We use only premium aged beef, fresh seafood
and poultry and in addition we make our own soups, sauces and salad dressings.
We pride ourselves on the quality and freshness of our food coupled with our
generous portions. We prepare everything fresh so we are able to work with
special diets and meet specific dietary needs with no trouble. Our staff and
management are here to ensure our guests have a truly pleasurable dining
experience.
